The Wellness Card is a fundraising campaign for Ellovate, Inc., a nonprofit organization that promotes wellness and balanced health for children, teenagers and young adults in Utah. Like a Starving Student Card, The Wellness Card contains discounted offers from local businesses. However, instead of a printed card containing restaurant and entertainment deals, The Wellness Card is a digital discount card that contains deals from local wellness providers and can be accessed on any smartphone.
How It Works for Customers
Buy
Step 1: Buy
Buy The Wellness Card from Ellovate during our fundraising campaign in Aprill 2022 and gain access to many great discounts and deals from wellness providers in your area. All offers will be valid through the end of March 2023.
Choose
Step 2: Choose
After your purchase you will receive an email with a link to all of the great wellness products and services available to you in your area through The Wellness Card. All you have to do is choose which offers you want to use and when!
Redeem
Step 3: Redeem
Each business listed on The Wellness Card will specify how to redeem their offer. In most cases you will present the offer on your smartphone at the business's location so the business can enter their PIN to mark the offer as redeemed.
How It Works for Businesses
Offer
Step 1: Offer
Complete The Wellness Card Offer Submission Form below to submit your offer(s) to Ellovate. You can submit up to 3 separate offers per business. Your offer(s) must remain valid through the end of March 2023.
Confirm
Step 2: Confirm
Within a few weeks of submitting the form below you will receive an email asking you to confirm your offer(s) through eGiftia's digital discount card platform. Once confirmed the eGiftia, your offer(s) will be included on The Wellness Card. You can also include links to your website and social media in the business section of your offer.
Redeem
Step 3: Redeem
Customers will bring their smartphone in to your business to redeem the offer, and you can mark the offer as redeemed by entering your business's PIN number (usually the last 4 digits of your business's phone number. If customers need to schedule a class or session through your website, then you can also provide instructions on the offer that the customer must first call or email your business to receive a promo code for the offer.
Which businesses can be included on The Wellness Card?
Currently Ellovate is only accepting offer submissions from businesses in Utah County and Salt Lake County in the state of Utah. The types of businesses that can be included on The Wellness Card are: Fitness, Meditation, Yoga, Massage Therapy, Spa/Salon, Nutrition, Art, Performing Arts, Music, Sports, Healthy Restaurants, Juice Bars, Life/Wellness Coach, Financial Advisor, Education, and any other business type that could reasonably fall under the umbrella of overall personal wellness.
